I am going to stand on these stairs
For a very long time
When will we take off the pantyhose
get out of the hot sun
get off the packed earth
spit out the metal braces
and leave this particular Hilliard, Ohio
She calls meetings just to call meetings
She doesn’t even have an agenda
Everything you will ever love
will be ruined.
Not right away.
Not maybe on purpose.
